Resource Provider Add-Ons
The following can only be purchased byresource providers with an onsite exhibit space.
 
Lead Retrieval
The LeadR app is free to download. When you open the app, you will need to enter an exhibitor ID key. Purchase the amount of keys below, which will be distributed via email a week before the conference. You can then quickly scan anyone's badge and enter custom notes to be downloaded after the conference.
 
  • LeadR 1 Key/1 Device = $199
  • LeadR up to 10 Keys/up to 10 Devices = $299
 
 
Social Media Demo Pre-Recorded Video = $250
Resource Provider is provided with information on submitting a brief, pre-recorded video that will be pushed out by NABE via social media and played on a revolving loop onsite at the conference in the Resource Hall. The purpose of the video is to describe their resource(s) or to explain the benefits/features of the resource(s). This is only an add-on for general Resource Providers since Sponsor packages already include at least one Demo Video.)
 
Resource Provider Spotlight = $100
Resource Provider is included in the Conference Scavenger Hunt activity, including signage regarding participation. Their company name and logo will be on the scavenger hunt card. The scavenger hunt activity will include conference attendee engagement at the participating resource provider booth, such as taking a selfie at the booth and posting it to social media. This spotlight also includes a special recognition social media post by NABE. (This is only an add-on for general Resource Providers since Sponsor packages already include participation in the Scavenger Hunt Activity.)
