​NABE 2026 Registration Policy and Procedures
REGISTRATION POLICIES AND PROCEDURES:

Please double-check all spelling at the time of registration (names and email addresses).
Acceptable forms of payment: credit card, debit card, purchase order and check.
Registration status types and meaning: Complete- your registration is complete and paid, incomplete- there is no payment method and/or a registration package was not selected, pending- a purchase order or check number was selected as payment method, once the check or card payment is received the status will change to complete.
Purchase orders can be emailed to conf.reg.nabe@gmail.com
Requests for invoices, W9, and completed vendor forms can be sent to conf.reg.nabe@gmail.com

NABE Cancellation Policy - Cancellations/Refunds/Substitutions Deadlines:
Registration Cancellation Deadline: January 10, 2026
Requests for refunds of registration fees must be received in writing by January 10, 2026.
A US$50 processing fee will be deducted from the registration fees paid. 
Refund requests received after the January 10th deadline will not be honored. No refunds are issued at the conference.

Please allow approximately 6-8 weeks after the conference to receive refunds. 
*Non-refundable: Pre-Conference Institutes, School Site Visits, Sponsorships, Advertising, LeadR Lead Retrieval.
Substitutions: Requests for substitutions must be submitted in writing by January 10, 2026.

*To qualify for the discounted Parent rate, you must not be a professional educator and you must be the parent of a child currently enrolled in a bilingual or ESL program (attach a letter on school letterhead from either your child's teacher or a school administrator).
To qualify for the Student rate, you must be enrolled as a full-time student ​(attach a letter from your college or university as proof of full-time student status).
Please note: NABE Conference Organizers reserve the right to suddenly change the format of all conference events. If there are to be any changes, conference organizers will send out communications to registered attendees via email.

Green Tour- K-8
This K-8 public school offers a comprehensive and inclusive educational experience that supports the academic development of a diverse student body. Through its One-Way Dual Language Program, serving students from K through 8th grade, the school provides instruction in both Spanish and English, fostering bilingualism, biliteracy, and biculturalism. 
 
Blue Tour- Grades PK–8
This PK-8 Dual Language elementary school serves a diverse student population and is dedicated to fostering bilingualism and academic success. The school enhances learning through the integration of Fine and Performing Arts, offering students creative outlets alongside their academic studies. Targeted, timely interventions support student progress, while a range of academic and non-academic after-school programs provide additional opportunities for enrichment and growth.

Orange Tour- Grades PK-8
In our vibrant district just outside Chicago, where over 80% of students are Latino, we proudly offer a Spanish-English Two-Way Dual Language Program from PreK through 8th grade.
With a 50/50 language model, students develop strong skills in both Spanish and English — becoming bilingual, biliterate, and bicultural. Our program not only supports academic success but also nurtures cultural pride, global readiness, and lifelong opportunities.

Yellow Tour- Grades PK-5
This elementary school operates as a Dual Language Academy committed to promoting bilingualism, biliteracy, and multicultural understanding. Serving students from Pre-K through 5th grade, the school utilizes a 50-50 dual language instructional model, offering equal instruction in English and Spanish across all content areas. In upper elementary grades, co-taught literacy blocks pair general education teachers with ESL/bilingual specialists.

Red Tour- Grades 6-8
This middle school serves students in grades 6 through 8 and offers a well-rounded educational experience that emphasizes academic excellence, personal development, and cultural awareness. The school features a strong core curriculum, advanced honors courses, and hands-on learning opportunities through programs such as engineering and computer science pathways. A vibrant Dual Language Program supports bilingualism in English and Spanish, complemented by world language offerings in Spanish and French. The school is committed to equipping its diverse student body with the knowledge and skills needed for future success.
