The theme of this year's conference is
Built to Last: Creating Durable Support Systems for Multilingual Learners.
The in-person conference will be Monday, February 9 – Tuesday, February 10, 2026 in Chicago, Illinois, in conjunction with the National Association for Bilingual Education (NABE).
The 2026 Conference of the National Association of English Learner Program Administrators will again be held collaboratively with the National Association for Bilingual Education (NABE).
Proposal Submission for NAELPA 2026 closes October 5th!
NOTE: the NAELPA Conference is a separate conference with a separate registration. If you would like to attend both the NAELPA Conference and the NABE Conference, you must register for both events separately.
